Capgemini Invent Middle East has appointed Safia Laheraitani as Vice President – Head of Energy, Transition & Utilities, strengthening its leadership team as organizations across the region accelerate energy transition, sustainability, and digital transformation initiatives.

Prior to joining Capgemini Invent, she spent more than 16 years at EY, where she held several leadership positions, including Head of Operations – MENA Energy Consulting and Director – Energy Innovation & Emerging Technologies. During her tenure, she led strategic transformation programs, innovation initiatives, and technology-driven solutions for clients across the energy and utilities sector.

Her professional journey also includes experience with La Poste Groupe, Bouygues Telecom, SGAM SPA (Lete e Sorgesana), and Société Générale Private Banking, providing her with a strong foundation in business strategy, operations, and transformation leadership.
