Deeptech startup RoshAi has raised $2.4 million (approximately ₹7.22 crore) in a funding round led by IAN Alpha Fund to accelerate the development of autonomous vehicle solutions for industrial environments.
Based in Kochi, the company will use the fresh capital to enhance its core technology, expand deployments, and scale operations across global markets. The funding will also support team expansion and provide operational runway over the next 9–12 months.
RoshAi focuses on retrofit-based autonomous solutions that enable existing heavy vehicles in ports, mining, and logistics hubs to operate without human drivers. Instead of investing in new fleets, businesses can integrate AI-powered systems, sensors, and cloud-based fleet management into current vehicles.
The platform offers real-time monitoring, predictive insights, and improved operational efficiency while reducing costs. The company has already tested its technology over 100,000 km with zero safety incidents and is now targeting expansion into the US, Australia, and Southeast Asia.
