Reed Dillon has been appointed as Vice President, Investor Relations at Lexington Partners, based in Menlo Park, California. Before joining Lexington Partners, he spent more than five years at BlackRock, progressing from Analyst to Associate and then Vice President, Global Consultant Relations. His career also includes investment consulting experience at Mercer, where he worked as an Investment Consulting Analyst, along with earlier roles at DT Global and the U.S. House of Representatives.
In his new role, he will contribute to Lexington Partners’ investor relations activities, drawing on his experience in global consultant relations, investment consulting and institutional investment markets. His background at BlackRock involved engagement with global consultants and investment stakeholders, while his earlier experience at Mercer provided exposure to investment consulting and portfolio-related analysis. At Lexington Partners, he joins a firm focused on private equity and alternative investment strategies, supporting relationships with institutional investors and other stakeholders.
