Rakuten Symphony has appointed Prajakta Kanaglekar as its Global Chief People Officer (CPO), marking a strategic addition to the company’s leadership team. Prajakta brings over two decades of international HR leadership experience, with an impressive track record across Flipkart, Baker Hughes, and GE.

Throughout her career, she has held pivotal roles, including Vice President HR for Technology, Supply Chain & CX, Global Director of Leadership Development, and Head of HR for South Asia. Her expertise spans talent management, leadership development, organizational culture, and employee experience, making her an invaluable asset for driving Rakuten Symphony’s global people strategy.

A graduate of GE’s Human Resources Leadership Program (HRLP), Prajakta has been recognized as an India HR 40 Under 40 honoree and recipient of the Young HR Leader Award. Beyond corporate leadership, she contributes as an Advisory Board Member at UPES, shaping the next generation of talent and leadership development.
