PP Control & Automation has appointed Pinaki Banerjee as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), marking a significant step in the company’s growth journey. With more than two decades of global leadership experience, Banerjee has held senior roles at Rubix, Hoffmann Group, RATIONAL AG, Pilkington Holding GmbH | NSG Group, and Pilkington UK.

At Rubix, he was instrumental in driving strong financial results across Central and Eastern Europe, leading digital transformation initiatives, and embedding ESG strategies into core business operations. His career spans APAC, South Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, where he has consistently delivered performance, transformation, and market expansion.

Holding an MBA from Xavier Institute of Management (XIM Bhubaneswar), Banerjee brings a blend of strategic vision and operational expertise to PP Control & Automation as it continues to partner with leading global machinery builders, delivering world-class outsourcing solutions.
