TBX (formerly TransBnk) has appointed Murtuza Jadliwala as Chief Information Officer (CIO), following a 21-year tenure at IndusInd Bank, where he rose to the position of Executive Vice President and Head of Software Development and Corporate Channels/Payments. Jadliwala brings extensive experience in banking technology, software development, digital transformation and technology management. His expertise spans retail banking, wholesale banking, digital channels, payments and enterprise technology infrastructure. During his tenure at IndusInd Bank, he led software development and corporate banking technology initiatives, focusing on digital modernisation, scalable systems, operational resilience and regulatory compliance. His experience also includes managing technology teams, overseeing software delivery, strengthening security frameworks and optimising technology investments. At TBX, Jadliwala will contribute to the company’s technology leadership as it builds API-first infrastructure for modern corporate banking. Its offerings span trade finance, treasury, cash management, escrow and reconciliation for enterprises, banks, NBFCs and fintech companies.
