Anish Tawakley has been appointed as Chief Investment Officer (Equities) at DSP Mutual Fund, effective April 2026. In this key leadership role, he will head the equity investment function, overseeing portfolio construction, shaping investment philosophy, and driving a research-led strategy to deliver long-term value for investors.

With over three decades of exemplary experience in global finance, equity research, and strategic consulting, Anish brings deep expertise across domestic and international markets. He joins DSP Mutual Fund after a successful tenure at ICICI Prudential AMC Ltd, where he served as Co-Chief Investment Officer – Equity, contributing significantly to the firm’s investment performance.

His career also includes leadership roles at Barclays, Credit Suisse, and Bernstein Value Equities, along with an eight-year tenure at McKinsey & Company.
