He has held senior leadership roles at AU Small Finance Bank, Fincare Small Finance Bank, and GE Capital. During his tenure at Fincare, he played a pivotal role in transforming the institution into a full-fledged bank, significantly expanding its operations and customer base. More recently, as Deputy CEO at AU Small Finance Bank, he led strategic initiatives, including large-scale integrations and business growth programs.
