Helios Mutual Fund has appointed Visionary Leader Sweta Mishra as Head – Human Resources, reinforcing its commitment to building a high-performance, people-centric organization as it continues its growth journey in India’s asset management industry.

Sweta brings more than 18 years of extensive experience across asset management, broking, wealth management, and financial services. In her new role, she will lead Helios Mutual Fund’s people strategy, talent management initiatives, leadership development programs, and organizational capability-building efforts. She will also play a key role in strengthening workplace culture, enhancing employee experience, and supporting the company’s long-term business objectives.

Before joining Helios Mutual Fund, Sweta served as Deputy Vice President – Human Resources at Kotak Securities. Over the course of her career, she has held significant HR leadership positions with ICICI Securities, 3i Infotech Ltd. (erstwhile ICICI Infotech), ICICI Prudential AMC Ltd., HBL Global Pvt. Ltd. (a subsidiary of HDFC Bank), and Subhiksha Trading Services Ltd.
