Haber has announced the appointment of Vijay Nair as its new Vice President, People Operations, reinforcing the company’s focus on building a strong organizational culture while advancing its mission of delivering sustainable, AI+IoT powered industrial solutions.

With more than 20 years of HR leadership experience, Vijay has a proven track record in people transformation, organizational development, and performance management across industries. Over the past eight years at Ather Energy, he played a pivotal role in establishing HR systems, driving succession planning, shaping performance frameworks, and enabling the company’s IPO journey.

Earlier in his career, Vijay held impactful leadership roles at UnitedHealth Group, Chiltern, Siksha Training & Consulting, Cyient, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Dell Technologies, and Avant!. His journey also includes entrepreneurial experience as the Founder of Set Square Fabrications, showcasing his versatility as a leader.

At Haber, Vijay will lead people operations to strengthen organizational effectiveness, foster growth, and empower talent in alignment with the company’s innovation-driven strategy.
