Visionary Leader Garima Babbar has joined ServiceNow as Senior Director and Head of AI Advocacy and Business Development for the Public Sector, covering government and education.
In her new role, Garima will draw on her experience across AI advocacy, public sector engagement, education technology, skills development and business strategy to support initiatives spanning government and educational institutions.
Before joining ServiceNow, she served as Executive Director at Primus Partners Pvt Ltd, where she contributed to strategic advisory and public sector-focused initiatives. Earlier, she spent more than nine years at Adobe in leadership positions, including Country Head of Education and Skills for India and South Asia and Head of Education Go-to-Market (GTM).
Garima also brings experience from the National Skill Development Corporation, where she served as Head of Skills for Higher Education and State Engagements. She began her career in consulting with KPMG, working across education, skills development and corporate social responsibility (CSR) advisory.
Her appointment comes as AI adoption, digital transformation and workforce development continue to shape priorities across India’s government and education sectors.
