Virat brings over 30 years of experience in banking and financial services, primarily with the Kotak Mahindra Group, where he held several senior leadership positions, including Group President and Head of Consumer Bank. At Federal Bank, he oversees retail banking, wealth management, business banking, digital initiatives and customer experience. He also serves as a Non-Executive Director at Ageas Federal Life Insurance.
His extensive experience in consumer banking and financial services is expected to support Federal Bank’s leadership priorities, strengthen its consumer banking franchise and advance its growth strategy.
