Enterprise AI
EY India is shifting towards an intellectual property-led business model with the introduction of its AI-powered Cyber Performance Management (CPM) platform, designed to help enterprises identify, assess and prioritise cybersecurity risks.
The platform enables organisations to identify exploitable vulnerabilities, map potential attack paths, prioritise critical threats and recommend actions to strengthen security. It integrates with more than 50 cybersecurity tools, consolidating existing security data into a unified platform while allowing enterprises to retain control and ownership of their data.
Unlike solutions designed to replace existing security systems, CPM works alongside an organisation’s current cybersecurity infrastructure, helping security teams gain broader visibility into potential threats and improve risk management.
The Bigger Picture
The launch reflects a broader shift among consulting firms towards developing proprietary software and technology platforms that can be deployed across multiple enterprises, creating opportunities beyond traditional consulting engagements.
CXO TechBOT Perspective
EY India’s move highlights the convergence of consulting expertise, AI and enterprise software. By translating cybersecurity knowledge into a scalable intellectual property-led platform, the firm is positioning technology products as an additional growth avenue while helping businesses strengthen cyber resilience.
