Dr. Shiv Venkataramani has been appointed as Vice President – Operations and Business Unit Head (EWIS/SEZ) at SASMOS HET Technologies Limited. In this leadership role, he oversees global operations across MEAPAC, the United States, and Europe, with full P&L responsibility. His focus is on driving operational excellence, enabling scalable growth, and strengthening execution capabilities to support expanding international business demands.

Prior to this, he served as Chief Operations Officer at LAPP India, where he managed a $200 million business and delivered transformative results, including fourfold revenue growth and significant improvements in efficiency, quality, and supply chain performance.

Dr. Shiv has also held key leadership roles at TE Connectivity and 3M, building deep expertise in Lean Six Sigma and large-scale manufacturing transformation.
