Founded in 2025 by Uttam Tiwari and Omkar Raikar, Desible.ai provides an agentic AI workflow orchestration platform for banks, NBFCs and insurance companies. Its platform automates customer engagement, servicing, operations and compliance workflows across voice, WhatsApp, SMS and email.
The company currently works with more than 40 BFSI institutions and operates over 25 agentic workflows spanning collections, underwriting, claims, risk, compliance, customer service and revenue.
Desible.ai said its platform handles more than 1 crore customer engagements every month and integrates with existing enterprise systems. Its workflows are designed around predefined rules for decision-making, consent, disclosures and escalations to support auditability and regulatory compliance.
The fresh capital will be used to expand its agentic AI capabilities, strengthen compliance infrastructure, accelerate product development and scale its go-to-market efforts across the BFSI sector.
