Delta, a global leader in power and thermal management, has unveiled its latest innovations under the theme “Artificial Intelligence x Greening Intelligence” at COMPUTEX 2025. The company is showcasing its AI containerized data center solution—an all-in-one 20-foot unit integrating power, cooling, and IT systems—ideal for rapid edge deployment and high-performance computing.
To meet the surging power demands of AI, Delta introduced an 800V High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) architecture and a microgrid solution that boosts grid resilience. The company also announced NVIDIA certification for its in-rack CDU cooling solution supporting the GB200 NVL72, reinforcing its commitment to next-gen thermal management.
Chairman & CEO Ping Cheng emphasized Delta’s role in enabling sustainable AI growth: “We’re optimizing power architectures and enhancing energy efficiency to reduce energy loss and simplify AI deployment for enterprises.”
Benjamin Lin, President of Delta Electronics India, underscored the relevance for India’s digital and green missions: “These solutions enable faster deployment, lower costs, and align with India’s push for sustainable data centers.”
Delta’s advanced cooling technologies—including liquid-to-liquid systems with 1,500kW capacity and rack-level CDUs—offer scalable support for GPUs and CPUs. VP Kelvin Huang added that these containerized solutions can be deployed in weeks, ideal for edge nodes and remote areas.
The showcase also highlights Delta’s research-backed Greening Intelligence zone and the debut of its new brand film, “In You, In Me”—envisioning a collaborative, sustainable AI future. Delta invites partners to co-create a resilient digital world.
