Rajesh brings over 27 years of experience across technology consulting, enterprise transformation, engineering services and business leadership. Before joining Deloitte, he served as Vice President and Automotive & Aerospace Business Leader at Capgemini, where he managed profit and loss responsibilities and drove growth, sales and transformation initiatives. Earlier, he held senior leadership positions at Tata Technologies and Wipro, leading strategic accounts, technology delivery and manufacturing-sector engagements. He also spent over 12 years at Infosys, building engineering services capabilities across automotive and manufacturing.
His experience in technology strategy, client engagement and business transformation is expected to support Deloitte’s efforts to help clients modernise operations, accelerate digital transformation and align technology investments with business objectives.
