Cyient has appointed Baskar Nagarajan as Senior Vice President & Global Head of Avionics Delivery, further strengthening its leadership team as the company expands its capabilities in aerospace engineering and next-generation aviation technologies.

Bringing nearly three decades of industry experience, Baskar is a highly accomplished aerospace and avionics leader with deep expertise in avionics systems, embedded technologies, aerospace product development, certification, and global engineering delivery. Throughout his distinguished career, he has held key leadership positions at Alstom, Honeywell, HAL, and BAeHAL Software Ltd, successfully managing large-scale engineering teams and delivering complex global programs.

Baskar has played a significant role in advancing some of the world’s leading aerospace platforms, contributing to programs involving Airbus, Boeing, Gulfstream, and Embraer. His extensive experience spans avionics engineering, flight systems, embedded software development, safety-critical certification, and engineering transformation initiatives.

In his new role, Baskar will lead Cyient’s global avionics delivery organization, driving engineering excellence, customer success, innovation, and operational scalability. His leadership is expected to further strengthen Cyient’s position as a trusted global engineering partner for the aerospace and defense industry.
