Croma has appointed Suman Guha as Chief Digital Officer, reinforcing its leadership as it advances its digital and omnichannel retail capabilities. In this role, he will lead the Digital and Technology Office, overseeing product development, engineering, user experience, data, and infrastructure.

Guha joins from Tata CLiQ and Tata Digital, bringing over two decades of experience in product innovation, technology leadership, and digital transformation. His career spans leading global organizations, including Reliance Retail, Cisco, Tesco, Teradata, and Red Hat.

At Croma, he will focus on strengthening digital platforms, enhancing customer experience, and enabling seamless integration across online and offline channels.
