Chirag Boonlia has been appointed as Director of Technology at RMZ, where he will lead the company’s technology strategy and spearhead digital transformation across its real estate portfolio. With over 20 years of experience spanning real estate, retail, manufacturing, IT, and hospitality, Boonlia brings expertise in ERP, CRM, AI applications, business intelligence, facility management systems, and low-code/no-code platforms.

Before joining RMZ, he served as Group CTO at Embassy Group and Virtuous Retail (Xander Group Company), driving multi-disciplinary digital initiatives and large-scale IT operations. His earlier leadership roles at Aditya Birla Retail, Infosys, and Oracle strengthened his foundation in business transformation, program management, and IT infrastructure.

Boonlia’s domain experience covers commercial and residential real estate, co-living, hospitality, malls, retail, grocery distribution, and warehouses, implementing platforms such as Oracle ERP, SAP S/4 HANA, Salesforce, Yardi, and Siebel CRM. At RMZ, he will focus on innovation, operational efficiency, and transformative digital outcomes.
