The Ashwin Sheth Group (ASG), a leading name in real estate, has announced the elevation of Bhavik Bhandari from Chief Sales & Marketing Officer (CSMO) to Chief Business Officer (CBO).

In his expanded mandate, Bhavik will spearhead ASG’s integrated business strategy across sales, marketing, CRM, business development, product development, and business intelligence. He will also lead strategic initiatives, new business verticals, and oversee the group’s P&L management, working closely with Ashwin Sheth, CMD, to expand into new asset classes and geographies.

With over 23 years of experience across top real estate players like Raheja, Kalpataru, Kanakia, and Puravankara, Bhavik has been instrumental in transforming ASG’s sales turnover, brand positioning, and market dominance since joining the group.
