BOBCARD has announced the appointment of Visionary Leader Arnab Biswas as its new Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), further strengthening its cybersecurity leadership.

Arnab brings over 15 years of extensive expertise in information security, cyber risk management, and enterprise security transformation across leading financial institutions and technology-driven organizations. Before joining BOBCARD, he held key CISO roles at Axis Securities Limited and Tata Payments Limited, where he led enterprise-wide security programs and reported directly to the board on critical cyber risk strategies.

Earlier, Arnab spearheaded cloud security initiatives at Tata Digital, served as Senior Manager at Protiviti, and led advanced security frameworks at ICICI Bank, including the setup of a security data lake and proactive threat hunting operations. He began his career at Tata Consultancy Services as a system engineer for enterprise risk management in the banking sector.

With hands-on expertise in red teaming, SIEM platforms, insider risk management, and cloud security, Arnab is set to elevate BOBCARD’s cybersecurity resilience in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
