Anuj Mishra has taken on the role of Head - HR, IR, Administration & Digital HR at Chowgule Global, Ratnagiri, driving a comprehensive transformation across the organization’s people and administrative functions. In this role, he oversees HR operations, recruitment, industrial relations, administration, and digital HR initiatives across key group companies, including Chowgule Lavgan Shiprepair Pvt. Ltd., Chowgule Fiberglass Ships Pvt. Ltd., and Angre Port Pvt. Ltd.

Under his leadership, the organization has significantly advanced its HR capabilities through the integration of technology with traditional processes. He has successfully led HRIS implementations, enhancing the employee lifecycle from onboarding to separation, while strengthening recruitment frameworks and ensuring compliance with payroll and statutory requirements.

Anuj has also played a key role in scaling talent acquisition through campus drives across India, along with bulk and lateral hiring strategies.
