RISE Infraventures Limited has announced the appointment of Ajay Malik as Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) to spearhead its real estate investment strategies, business expansion, and team leadership. With over 16 years of diverse experience in real estate advisory, Malik brings a strong background in investment advisory, tenant representation, and strategic growth planning. In his new role, he will focus on strengthening RISE Infraventures’ market presence and leading high-impact initiatives across India.

Prior to this, Malik held senior leadership roles at Colliers for more than five years, serving as Sr Director, Director, and Senior Associate Director, where he executed several large-scale transactions and nurtured corporate relationships. He has also worked with Cushman & Wakefield as Associate Director – Tenant Advisory Group, Realistic Realtors as Regional Director managing P&L responsibilities, and Betterhomes LLC, Dubai as a Leasing Consultant. His proven expertise in advisory and strategic leadership will play a pivotal role in shaping RISE Infraventures’ long-term growth trajectory.
