Adventz Industries has announced the appointment of Pramod Gupta as Group Chief Financial Officer, reinforcing its leadership team as the group continues to drive growth across its diversified business portfolio.

Pramod brings a wealth of experience spanning global and Indian organizations, including Adventz Industries, Haldia Petrochemicals Ltd, TGF Advisors LLP, Arvind Fashions Limited, RIVIGO, Microsoft, Novartis, DHL Express, Conagra Brands, and Unilever. Over the years, he has demonstrated strong expertise in finance leadership, corporate governance, capital allocation, business strategy, digital transformation, and turnaround management.

In his new role, Pramod will play a critical part in strengthening financial strategy, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting long-term value creation across the Adventz Group’s key sectors.
