London-based consumer technology company Nothing has entered into a strategic joint venture with Noida-headquartered Optiemus Infracom, with the goal of positioning India as its global hub for manufacturing and exports.
As part of this partnership, Nothing’s sub-brand CMF (Color, Material, Finish) will be spun off as an independent entity. The move is designed to accelerate research and development, large-scale production, and global expansion from India—reinforcing the country’s role as a leading destination for electronics manufacturing.
