Cipla has announced the promotion of Yashu Arora to the position of Group Business Head, marking a significant milestone in his distinguished leadership journey with the organization. Based in Mumbai, Yashu has been an integral part of Cipla for over 11 years, contributing across key commercial and business leadership roles.

Sharing the news, Yashu expressed gratitude to his mentors, colleagues, leaders, and team members whose trust, collaboration, and support have played a pivotal role in his growth. He emphasized that continuous learning, curiosity, resilience, and embracing challenges have been the driving forces behind his professional success.

Prior to this elevation, Yashu served as Business Unit Head, where he led business integration and management initiatives, and earlier as Director (Sales Head), driving commercial excellence and business performance. In his new role as Group Business Head, he will be responsible for leading strategic growth initiatives, strengthening business performance, and creating greater organizational impact.
