Urmi Chatterjee has been elevated to Head HR - Asia, Middle East & Africa at Siemens Healthineers, taking on an expanded regional leadership mandate covering key markets across Asia, the Middle East and Africa.
Urmi brings exemplary experience in HR strategy, talent management, organisational development, engineering HR and regional people leadership. Before taking on her new role, she served as Head HR, India and APJ at Siemens Healthineers, where she contributed to strengthening people and talent strategies across the region.
Her career includes more than 13 years with Honeywell Technologies, where she held several senior HR leadership positions spanning APAC, engineering and global business functions. She also brings earlier professional experience with ABP.
In her expanded role, Urmi will focus on advancing people strategy, leadership development and organisational priorities across the region, supporting Siemens Healthineers’ evolving workforce agenda.
