Visionary Leader Kavita Tandon has been elevated to Director – People Partner India, Site Leader, and India Board Member at Snowflake, marking a significant milestone in her leadership journey. In this expanded role, she will lead strategic people initiatives, strengthen organizational culture, and contribute to shaping Snowflake’s India operations and governance framework.

Kavita has been with Snowflake for over two years, most recently serving as Director HR and India HR Leader, where she played a key role in driving regional people strategy and talent development. With over two decades of experience, she brings deep expertise in organizational transformation, talent management, and global HR leadership.

Prior to Snowflake, she held senior HR roles at Simplify Healthcare, Alfa Laval, Amdocs, and WNS Global Services.
