Visionary Leader Shilpi Jain has taken charge as CEO and Co-Founder of One Purpos, a platform focused on building a collaborative ecosystem to accelerate impact at scale. With over a decade of experience across corporate, social, and development sectors, she brings strong expertise in partnerships, CSR strategy, and ecosystem building.

Alongside her new role, Shilpi continues to serve as Director at NGOBOX India and BharatCares. She has also been closely associated with CSRBOX, where she spent over nine years leading partnerships with NGOs and social enterprises.

Earlier in her career, she worked with BlackRock and Tata Consultancy Services, gaining experience in technology and analytics.

In her new role, Shilpi aims to drive collaboration across stakeholders and scale innovative solutions, strengthening the social impact ecosystem in India.
