Leadership
Prasanna currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of the Automotive Skills Development Council, a position he assumed in August 2026. Before this, he led RIVIGO as CEO from September 2023 to July 2026, driving business transformation and improving financial performance.
Earlier, he spent nearly six years at Mahindra Logistics in leadership roles, including Business Unit Head – Auto & Farm, Business Unit Head – Automotive and Engineering, and Chief Strategy Officer. His work focused on supply chain efficiency, business growth, digital transformation and strategic partnerships.
Prasanna also held leadership roles at Voltas, where he led the Water Management business and Corporate Planning, contributing to business expansion, portfolio strategy, acquisitions and joint ventures. He began his career at Tata Strategic Management Group, working on business strategy and performance improvement.
His experience in strategy, operations and governance is expected to support Vashi’s continued growth and long-term value creation.
