Deloitte has announced the appointment of Nilesh Chuttar as Executive Director, reinforcing its leadership bench in digital transformation and payments innovation. In his new role, Chuttar will spearhead strategic transformation initiatives, elevate client delivery standards, and enhance capabilities across digital, payments, and business transformation domains.

Chuttar brings extensive industry experience, having previously served as Delivery Head at HSBC. During his tenure, he led several high-impact initiatives, including ISO 20022 migration, automation of customer communications, and large-scale digitisation of business operations. His leadership contributed significantly to improving operational efficiency and advancing digital adoption across functions.

Before HSBC, he held key leadership roles at Capco and spent over a decade with HSBC Global Banking and Markets. Across these roles, he successfully drove complex transformation programs, system modernisation efforts, and enterprise-wide digital initiatives across global markets.
