Address Maker has announced the appointment of Visionary Leader Manoj Gangadhar Chellani as its new Managing Director & CEO, marking a significant leadership milestone for the real estate and property development company.

Manoj brings with him nearly seven years of impactful leadership experience at Arvind SmartSpaces, where he played a pivotal role in driving business growth, sales excellence, strategic expansion, and operational performance. Most recently, he served as Chief Business Officer, leading the company’s South India operations with full P&L responsibility and spearheading scalable growth initiatives.

Throughout his tenure at Arvind SmartSpaces, Manoj held several key leadership positions, including Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, Chief Sales Officer, and National Sales Head. In these roles, he successfully led sales, marketing, strategy, digital transformation, pre-sales, and international business functions across major markets including Bengaluru, Ahmedabad, and Pune.

With his extensive expertise in real estate leadership, business strategy, revenue growth, and customer-centric development, Manoj is well-positioned to lead Address Maker into its next phase of growth and innovation.
