LRN has announced the appointment of Sneha Thakker as Director and Head of People & Culture, India. In her new role, Sneha will join the Global People Leadership Team, contributing to the development and execution of LRN’s global people strategy while leading talent management, organizational effectiveness, culture initiatives, and learning and development programs across India.

A seasoned HR leader, Sneha brings extensive experience in global stakeholder management, workforce strategy, organizational design, people transformation, HR consulting, and leadership development. She has consistently helped organizations drive business growth, enhance workforce agility, and build high-performing cultures through innovative people practices and strategic leadership partnerships.

Before joining LRN, Sneha held key HR leadership positions at S&P Global, Indus Valley Partners, Bank of America, and Lehman Brothers. Throughout her career, she has partnered with senior leaders to drive organizational transformation, talent strategy, workforce planning, leadership development, and employee engagement across global organizations.
