With over 25 years of experience in engineering, project management, operations, and strategic leadership, Keshari has played a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and management of large-scale aluminium and steel plant operations. His expertise spans project budgeting, P&L management, process optimization, cost control, digital transformation, regulatory compliance, and new product development.

A seasoned leader with extensive experience managing multinational and multicultural teams, Keshari is recognized for driving operational excellence while maintaining a strong focus on health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards. 

A Mechanical Engineer with a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management, Keshari has consistently demonstrated the ability to deliver business growth, operational efficiency, and sustainable value creation.
