Kimsuka Narsimhan has been appointed as an Independent Director at HCLTech, bringing deep financial leadership and governance expertise to the company’s board. Her appointment is expected to enhance oversight across key areas such as audit, risk management, and long-term strategic priorities.

Narsimhan brings decades of global experience spanning finance, corporate governance, and board leadership. She previously served as Chief Financial Officer at Kimberly-Clark, where she played a pivotal role in driving financial strategy and operational efficiency.

In addition to her executive experience, she has held independent director positions at Meesho, Bharti Airtel, and AstraZeneca India. Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership roles at PepsiCo and Unilever, building strong expertise in multinational operations, financial management, and corporate governance.
