Built on Dailoqa’s enterprise-grade Broccoli™ platform, the deployment is designed to help AU Small Finance Bank transition toward becoming a fully AI-native banking institution.

The new system replaces traditional siloed and workflow-based lending processes with a hyper-personalized, AI-driven platform that enhances operational efficiency and customer experience. The platform enables faster decision-making, reduces technical debt, and allows banking teams to focus more on customer financial wellbeing rather than manual software processes.

Following the successful deployment, the partnership is expanding into commercial banking, mortgages, multilingual customer service, and AI-driven engagement platforms. AU Small Finance Bank is also establishing an AI Centre of Excellence with support from Dailoqa and AWS to accelerate enterprise-wide AI adoption and innovation in banking services.
