With over 18 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain management, and commercial operations, Atul has built a strong track record of driving cost optimization, strategic sourcing, contract management, and procurement transformation across large industrial organizations. His expertise spans MRO procurement, capital expenditure, equipment spares, chemicals, bulk materials, service contracts, annual rate contracts, and digital procurement initiatives, including ARIBA implementation.

Currently leading Techno-Commercial Commodities at Kutch Copper Limited, Atul plays a key role in strengthening procurement strategies, enhancing supplier partnerships, and delivering operational efficiencies. Prior to joining Adani Group, he held leadership positions at JSW and Hindustan Zinc, where he successfully led strategic sourcing, supply chain transformation, automation projects, and value-creation initiatives. Earlier in his career, he gained experience in operations, maintenance, erection, and commissioning functions.
