Ashish Kumar has been elevated to Director – Strategy, Finance & Operations at Aon, marking a significant step in his leadership journey within the organization. In this expanded role, he will spearhead enterprise-wide finance transformation and operational strategy, with a strong focus on optimizing cash flow, enhancing cost structures, and improving organizational efficiency through robust operating model design and execution-driven initiatives.

Ashish will also lead the Global Capability Center (GCC) strategy, scaling finance operations while enabling data- and AI-driven decision-making across the enterprise. With over two decades of experience, he brings deep expertise in finance operations, transformation, and global process leadership.

Prior to this role, Ashish served as Associate Director – Strategy & Operations at Aon, where he successfully led large-scale finance transformation programs, AI-led automation initiatives, and workforce optimization strategies.
