With over two decades of exemplary experience in human resources and people leadership, Savari brings deep expertise in talent acquisition, organizational development, and culture transformation. She has held impactful roles at Amazon Web Services, Dell EMC, and Capgemini. During her tenure at AWS, she played a pivotal role in scaling talent across the APJC region, building high-performing teams to support rapid business growth.

In her new role, Savari will focus on shaping Aivar Innovations’ people strategy, strengthening organizational culture, and enabling leadership development in a high-growth, AI-driven environment.
