Accenture reports $18.7 billion revenue as AI demand drives growth Enterprise AI

Accenture reported quarterly revenue of $18.7 billion, rising 7% in local currency, while bookings reached $22.2 billion, reflecting continued demand for enterprise technology and AI transformation.

More than 400 clients initiated their first advanced AI work during FY26, including nearly 100 during the June to August quarter. Managed services bookings reached a record $12.8 billion in Q4, with a book-to-bill ratio of 1.4. Fixed-price and outcome-based work now represents more than 65% of bookings.

Accenture CEO Julie Sweet said much of the company’s growth is being driven by investments in digital core infrastructure, data foundations and enterprise AI stacks required to scale AI adoption. She also noted that AI is improving Accenture’s own delivery efficiency, while the company continues to see broader opportunities from AI.

Revenue from eight emerging AI and data partners more than doubled in FY26, while bookings from the group more than tripled. In one pharmaceutical use case, an AI platform reduced clinical-trial planning from 10 days to 10 minutes and improved patient-enrolment forecast accuracy by 60%.

Why this matters

Accenture’s numbers signal a shift from AI experimentation to measurable business impact, where speed, automation and outcome-based delivery are becoming key value drivers.
