AI-powered DevOps startup Scoutflo has raised ₹1.4 crore in a pre-seed funding round led by 100X.VC, with participation from strategic investors including Arjun Pillai and Prasanna Venkatesan. Founded by Kalpesh Bhalekar (CEO) and Vedant Vyawahare (CTO), Scoutflo aims to simplify and accelerate DevOps through AI-driven automation that empowers developers to deploy, debug, and manage infrastructure without deep cloud expertise.
Positioned as a cloud-agnostic Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), Scoutflo enables developers to provision infrastructure on AWS, Azure, GCP, and more—automatically generating Terraform scripts, setting guardrails, and optimizing costs through AI. Its intuitive interface lets developers interact with AI to resolve deployment issues or set up secure environments. Unlike most tools that stop at deployment, Scoutflo includes post-deployment monitoring and debugging, supporting complex LLMOps, APIs, and multi-service architectures.
With the new funding, Scoutflo plans to enhance product capabilities, expand integrations, and scale its go-to-market strategy. The startup is working on launching a free AI chatbot for Terraform generation and infrastructure assistance. Competing with global players like Qovery and Northflank, Scoutflo stands out for its AI-first, cloud-neutral approach.
