Rahul Goel has been appointed as the Global Chief Financial Officer at FNP (Ferns N Petals), where he will spearhead the company’s financial strategy, governance, and growth initiatives. His leadership will be pivotal in driving FNP’s expansion in the global gifting industry.
Before joining FNP, Rahul had an impactful tenure at Moglix for over five years, serving as Senior Vice President. There, he played a key role in equity and debt fundraising, financial consolidations across entities, and managing critical business functions, including working capital and legal affairs.
Rahul also served as Vice President at ShopClues, successfully raising $200 million in equity and managing venture debt, statutory audits, and due diligence. Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions at Motorola Solutions, Nokia Siemens Networks, and mCarbon Tech Innovation, where he led financial planning, regulatory compliance, and business integration strategies.
