GOAT Brand Labs Raises $21M to Expand Cross-Channel Presence

GOAT Brand Labs, a roll-up e-commerce startup, has secured $21 million in a combination of debt and equity from investors like BlackRock, Mayfield, and NB Ventures. While the valuation remains undisclosed, sources suggest the majority was raised through debt financing. There are potential plans to increase the funding round to $30 million, as per Moneycontrol.

The funds will bolster GOAT Brand Labs’ expansion across quick commerce, offline stores, and exports, focusing on scaling brands such as Chumbak, trueBrowns, and Pepe Jeans Inner Fashion. Co-founder Rishi Vasudev highlighted the startup’s consolidated annual revenue run rate (ARR) of approximately INR 370 Cr, aiming for EBITDA profitability by H2 FY25.

Founded in 2021, GOAT collaborates with D2C founders to scale their brands and previously raised over $86 million. The funding arrives amidst a transformative period in the roll-up e-commerce sector.
